Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Approval: If your request meets our return criteria, we’ll approve it and send return instructions.

Package the Item: Repack the item securely. Items must be unused and include all tags.

Refunds
After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm if it meets our return policy:

Approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges
